The mission of Namaste for Compassion is to teach yoga and mindfulness as mental health tools to alleviate trauma in our community.

Namaste For Compassion has two intentions that go hand in hand.

We strive to introduce yoga to people from diverse backgrounds who have limited exposure to the healing benefits of Yoga.

Also, we fundraise for other organizations who help to heal our world.
